PHILIP NOLAN
Barrister
Philip Nolan is a barrister who commenced his practice at the Queensland private Bar in December 2018. He possesses over 10 years of experience in personal injury, insurance, and administrative law across various jurisdictions in New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, and the Federal Court.
Since his admission to the Bar, Philip has predominantly focused on personal injury cases, including federal compensation schemes. Additionally, he regularly represents clients in life insurance matters, both within and outside of superannuation funds, involving TPD, income protection, and terminal illness claims.
Philip also regularly appears in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal representing both Applicants and Respondents in social security, veterans, workers’ compensation, and national disability insurance divisions. Moreover, he handles appeals to the Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court for matters under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).
